A bill to modify the project at Wister Lake, Arkansas River Basin, Okla., as it relates to the recovery and preservation of archeological data.

Modifies the public works project at Wister Lake in Oklahoma to direct the Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief of Engineers, to recover and preserve archeological data from project lands.

Authorizes the appropriation of not in excess of $250,000 to carry out the purposes of this Act.
