Amends the Canal Zone Code to provide a method for computing interest due on funds invested in the Panama Canal Company by the United States. Makes provisions for the payment of such interest.
Allows for a one-time readjustment of the net direct investment of the United States in the Panama Canal Company for the period dating from September 26, 1950 through fiscal year 1976.
