Authorizes the conveyance of oil and gas mineral leases by the State of Oklahoma for certain lands within the Lake Murray Recreational Demonstration Area in Oklahoma. Provides for the surrender of the present deed of conveyance to the State of Oklahoma and for the reconveyancing of said lands by the United States. Stipulates that all gas and oil exploration shall be pursuant to plans including environmental impact statements, approved by the Secretary of the Interior and assuring the maximum preservation of the natural, scenic and recreational values of the Area. Provides that the State of Oklahoma will continue to maintain the Area primarily for park, recreational and converation purposes.
