Amends part II of the Interstate Commerce Act (Motor Carriers) to exempt from the provisions of such part vehicles carrying up to 15 persons in a single day roundtrip for the purpose of commuting to and from work.
Amends the Fair Labor Standards Act to exempt from the minimum wage and maximum hours provisions of such Act individuals participating in a voluntary ride-sharing arrangement for the transportation of up to 15 persons in a single day roundtrip for the purpose of commuting to and from work.
