Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to strike not more than 500,000 medals commemorating the life and ideals of Martin Luther King, Junior, and to furnish such medals to the Martin Luther King, Junior Center for Social Change.
Authorizes the President to present an appropriate gold medal to Mrs. Martin Luther King, Junior.
