A bill to amend the act of July 2, 1940, as amended, to increase the amount authorized to be appropriated for the Canal Zone Biological Areas.

Increases the appropriations authorized for the Canal Zone Biological Area from $350,000 to $600,000.

Forbids title to, or jurisdiction over, any capital improvements made with such funds, or the land upon which such improvements are situated, from being disposed of to any other entity without Congressional approval.
