Terminates all mineral leasing rights under the Mineral Leasing Act of 1920 with respect to phosphate leases in the Osceola National Forest in Florida.
Vests the United States with all rights, title, and interest in such leases.
Authorizes lease-holders terminated pursuant to this Act to recover just compensation in actions brought in United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida within one year after the date of enactment of this Act.
