A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to increase to $7,200 in the case of an individual under age 65, and to $10,500 in the case of an individual age 65 or over, the amount of outside earnings which (subject to further increases under the automatic adjustment provisions) is permitted each year without any deductions from benefits thereunder.
