A bill to provide that the antitrust laws shall apply to any joint agreement by or among professional baseball club owners for the telecasting of professional baseball clubs' contests if such telecasting interferes with certain intercollegiate or interscholastic football contests.

Applies antitrust laws to joint agreements among professional baseball club owners for the telecasting of professional baseball games if such telecasting interferes with an intercollegiate or interscholastic football game scheduled on any Friday after six o'clock postmeridian between the second Friday in September and the second Saturday in December.
