A bill to authorize the appointment of Colonel Mary Agnes Hallaren, United States Army, retired to the grade of brigadier general on the Retired List of the United States Army.

Authorizes and requests the President to appoint a named retired Army colonel to the grade of brigadier general on the Retired List of the Army, without any increase in benefits accruing to such individual as a result of such appointment.
