Amends the Coinage Act of 1965 to stipulate that, notwithstanding any other provision of law, coins and currencies of the United States, including Federal Reserve notes and circulating notes of Federal Reserve banks and national banking associations, shall be legal tender only for the payment of Federal taxes, duties, and dues.
