A bill to amend section 15d of the Tennessee Valley Authority Act of 1933 to increase the amount of debt which may be incurred by the Tennessee Valley Authority, and for other purposes.

Amends the Tennessee Valley Authority Act of 1933 to increase the amount of debt which may be incurred by the Tennessee Valley Authority.

Prohibits any department, agency, or instrumentality of the United States from requiring or permitting the Corporation to make contracts for the sale or delivery of power which would have the effect of making the Corporation or its distributors a source of power supply outside the area for which the Corporation or its distributors were the primary source of power supply as of a specified date.
