A bill to prohibit the suspension or limitation of funding of certain fish and wildlife restoration programs during the pendency of certain legal actions relating to environmental impact statements.

Prohibits the suspension or limitation of funding of fish and wildlife restoration programs under the Federal Aid in Wildlife Restoration Act or the Federal Aid in Fish Restoration Act during the pendency of any legal action relating to the applicability to such project of the environmental impact statement requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
