A bill to limit the questions that may be asked by the Secretary of Commerce in conducting any enumeration of the population.

Prohibits the Secretary of Commerce, acting through the Bureau of the Census or otherwise, from asking any question other than the name and address of the respondent and any member of the respondent's household in conducting any enumeration of the population pursuant to article I, section 2, of the Constitution (the decennial census).
