A bill to amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide for the immediate deportation of any alien in the United States on a student or other nonimmigrant visa who, while participating in a political demonstration, engages in violent or illegal activity.

Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to direct the Attorney General to deport any student or other nonimmigrant alien who engages in violent or illegal activity while participating in a political demonstration.

Makes any such deported alien ineligible for future entry into the United States.

Authorizes the Attorney General to waive such deportation or related provisions if such waiver is in the interest of the United States.
