Authorizes the President to present, on behalf of the Congress, a specially struck gold medal to the Smithsonian Institution in recognition of the athletes who have prepared for the 1980 summer Olympics and who will sacrifice their personal goals in furtherance of United States foreign policy.
Authorizes the Secretary of the Treasury to cause duplicates of such medal in bronze for sale to the general public.
