Amends the Federal Fire Prevention and Control Act of 1974 to authorize appropriations, except as otherwise provided for the payment of specified claims, to carry out such Act for fiscal years 1981 and 1982.
Authorizes appropriations for the use of the Fire Research Center, National Bureau of Standards, for fiscal years 1981 and 1982.
