A bill to provide for payments in lieu of taxes to be made from the Bonneville Power Administration fund to State and local taxing authorities for those transmission facilities of the Bonneville Power Administration on which construction was completed after April 30, 1980.

Amends the Federal Columbia River Transmission System Act to provide for payments in lieu of taxes to be made from the Bonneville Power Administration to State and local taxing authorities for those transmission facilities of such Administration on which construction was completed after April 30, 1980.
