A bill to amend Title XVI of the Social Security Act to eliminate the benefit reduction presently applicable to individuals receiving support and maintenance from families with whom they are living.

Amends title XVI (Supplemental Security Income) of the Social Security Act to eliminate the benefit reduction for an SSI recipient living in the household of another person who receives support and maintenance in kind from such person.
