A resolution expressing the sense of the House that Dr. Harold R. Denton, Director of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, is to be commended highly for his extraordinary leadership, dedication and hard work in the effort to resolve the problems at Three Mile Island.
