State of the Parks Reporting Act of 1982 - Requires the Secretary of the Interior to transmit the National Park System development program and proposed concession leases and contracts to the House Committee on Interior and Insular Affairs and the Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources. (Currently, the Secretary must report to the House and Senate Committees an Interior and Insular Affairs.)
Requires the Secretary to transmit to such committees an annual state of the parks report dealing with damage or threats of damage to National Park System units.
