Amends the Public Health Service Act to establish in the National Institute of Neurological and Communicative Disorders an Interagency Committee on Spinal Cord Injury to plan and implement Federal research on spinal cord regeneration.
Requires the Committee to report annually to Congress.
Terminates the Committee at the end of FY 1986.
Authorizes appropriations through FY 1986.
