Directs the Secretary of Health and Human Services to establish a grant program in pediatric pulmonary medicine. Sets forth the eligibility requirements and application process for such grants.
Directs the Secretary to establish an advisory council to assist in the formulation of policy for the administration of the grant program. Provides for the termination of the advisory council three years after the date of enactment of this Act.
Authorizes appropriations for FY 1986 through 1988.
