Credit Card Interest Rate and Cost Disclosure Act of 1986 - Amends the Truth in Lending Act to require credit card solicitations to disclose information about finance charge conditions, interest rates, and other related charges. Requires such information to be prominently displayed and, to the greatest extent possible, in table form.
Applies such requirements to each item in a solicitation containing more than one item.
