Directs the Secretary of Health and Human Services to make immunosuppressive drugs available, upon request and without cost, to organ transplant centers. Requires such a center to furnish such drugs, without charge, to outpatients who have received an organ transplant there.
Directs the Comptroller General of the United States to report to the Congress on the allocation of immunosuppressive drugs to transplant centers and the methods used to distribute such drugs to patients.
Authorizes appropriations.
