Requires the Director of the U.S. Information Agency to release to the Virginia Museum of Transportation certain objects that were on display at the U.S. pavilion at the 86 Expo in Vancouver, Canada, if the Virginia Museum of Transportation pays all costs associated with the transfer of such objects.
