Project SeaHawk Implementation Act of 2006

To amend title 38, United States Code, to increase to $2,000 the amount of the Medal of Honor special pension under that title and to provide for payment of that pension to the surviving spouse of a deceased Medal of Honor recipient.

To amend the South Carolina National Heritage Corridor Act of 1996 to expand the boundaries of the heritage corridor to include Georgetown, Berkeley, and Saluda Counties, South Carolina.

To extend the duty suspension on 2,2-Dimethyl-3-(3-methylphenyl)proponal.
